Do you deliver Volkswagen car floor mats abroad?
We do not currently deliver any Volkswagen products abroad via our online shop, but we can make special arrangements for your specific requirements. What materials are the Volkswagen car mats made from?
We supply both carpet and rubber car mats. Our carpet car mats are made from a specialist hard wearing fire-retardant material that will last much longer than your average carpet car mat. In fact, our grade 4 (ultimate) carpet car mat is so hard-wearing that we will offer a lifetime guarantee with them. All carpet car mats are fitted with a waterproof, anti-slip rubber backing.
Our rubber car mats are heavy duty, industrial strength and easy to clean, so will protect your car interior floor in the worst conditions.
Can you explain the difference in quality of the 4 carpet grades?
There are currently 4 different carpet grades available when choosing your car mat quality. These are 650g, 800g, 980g and up to 4070g luxury car mats. Each grade is of better quality carpet material and more hard-wearing. Our highest grade carpet (ultimate) is so hard wearing that we offer a lifetime guarantee with them.
You can also feel the difference in quality by running your hands across the carpet, and the higher grade carpet mats are much easier to clean.

Do your Volkswagen car mats come provided with a heel pad?
Only the two lower carpet grades come with a heel pad. The two higher grade carpet car mats are thicker and do not require a heel pad.
Are your Volkswagen car mats genuine?
All car mat products on our website are laser cut from the original Volkswagen pattern. The car mats are completely identical to the original shape and fitting. We offer a better selection of car mat options available at a fraction of the price. All Volkswagen car mat products carry a manufacturer's warranty.
Can you customise the colour of the Volkswagen car mats?
We have a range of custom car mat colour options to choose from, but we cannot make a customised colour based on a specific tone. All the car mats we supply will complement any car interior. Rubber car mats we sell are only available in black.
Do your unique Volkswagen car mats have an anti-slip backing?
All of our Volkswagen car mats have a special waterproof rubber backing that prevents the car mat from slipping whilst you are driving. Your safety is of paramount importance when manufacturing our car mats.
Do you sell heavy duty rubber car mats?
Our rubber car mats are manufactured from an industrial strength rubber material and are made to withstand the most hazardous conditions. We also supply a limited range of vanilla-scented rubber car mats free from the original rubber odour that new car mats normally carry.
Are your Volkswagen car mats ‘made-to-measure’?
We take the measurements of your Volkswagen vehicle and we will then have your car mats laser cut to your specific dimensions. This will make sure that your tailored car mat fits perfectly into your car's interior floor.
Are Volkswagen car mat fixing clips included?
All Volkswagen car mats come with approved Volkswagen car mat fixings to hold your car mats in place.
How long will my Volkswagen car mats take to arrive?
Once we receive your order details, then we will send your order to the factory straight away from production. This entire process can take between 3-5 days to complete.
Am I able to track my Volkswagon car mat delivery?
Once your car mat has been made-to-measure then they will leave the factory that same day. The order will be sent out via DHL next day delivery, and a tracking code will be sent directly to your email address.
